When designing the Primal Performance Series Black 4 Needle 7ft Olympic Bar we used 4-needle bearings for a smooth, reduced friction spin, with brass bushing for extra support.
This 7ft Olympic grade bar has been engineered for multi-purpose daily use in Powerlifting, Olympic lifting or functional training routines. Combine with any Primal bumper plate and barbell collars for the complete lifting kit.
Tested to 160,000 pounds per square inch with a max loading capacity of 450kg, this robust light-commercial barbell can be used for the heavier Powerlifting sessions but also for dynamic Olympic lifts like snatches or clean & jerks.
