Micro adjustment sliders on each dumbbell allow seamless movement in weight ranging from 5kg to 34kg. This smart solution allows 21 dumbbell pairs to be compacted into two dumbbells. The higher the weight, the bigger the dumbbell!

The dumbbells fit neatly in moulded storage trays which displays the weight increments for simple weight selection, and these trays lie comfortably on the compact stand (included with the dumbbells).
